"This community was beautiful and the property is VERY well maintained. The office staff is always SO accommodating and hospitable. It could not be better located seeing as it is amidst a lot of shopping, just a few steps away from DAS Rec center, and conveniently close to great restaurants. I

"This is the first review I’ve ever written, for anything, but I had to share my experience about The Landmark and it’s staff. It is an amazing place to live. Close to everything (Landa Park, Comal River, Downtown, etc.) The staff are super friendly and very, very helpful. I love this place and would definitely recommend it to others."

"I have absolutely loved my time living at the Landmark since day one! It truly is a hidden gem right in the heart of New Braunfels, just a stone's throw from downtown and right next to the beautiful Landa Park. I can’t imagine having picked a better place—its incredible historic charm, combined with fantastic amenities, is simply unbeatable. The sense of community here is amazing; it all starts with the wonderful office staff who make this place feel so welcoming."

"Wanted to thank our leasing agent for being diligent in making sure all our needs have been met. She made sure Ed and I had no problem with the leasing agreement and that all maintenance is taken care of. We know the refurbishing of our apartment was a real task in order for us to move in. Also, thanks to Jordon for maintaining our repairs and being so helpful with all our request. Everyone in the office has been so helpful and friendly each time we need assistance."
- Stella H.
"When my husband Clint & I chose to make New Braunfels our home, The Landmark checked all of our boxes - and five years later, it still does! Over the years, we’ve had the chance to experience different floor plans, and now, living on the 8th floor, we find ourselves overlooking the Comal River and Wurstfest grounds - it feels like being in the heart of everything New Braunfels is known for. We love the neighbors and staff!"

"Great team, lovely secure community conveniently situated in the heart of New Braunfels, TX. Working a contract role & needing to move States, so I needed a serviced apartment & The Landmark was recommended by my employer & they came through remotely & hassle free. The management team are awesome & know all of their tenants making you feel welcomed & valued. I chose a garden style unit that suits me with a traditional layout & private courtyard. I have a garage too for when I commute home."
